We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female Disability Support Worker who is passionate about empowering others. In this role, you will support a female client with daily living activities, attending appointments, engaging in the community, and participating in meaningful social outings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities
- Drive the client to appointments, social activities, and outings
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Valid Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening
