We are looking for SUPPORT WORKERS WITH EXPERIENCE IN PSYCHOSOCIAL DISABILITIES to join our teams in north of the River (including Balga and Clarkson). You will be working with participants who have challenging behaviours, including verbal aggression. Our participants have mental health diagnoses such as Bipolar, PTSD, intellectual disabilities, ASD and schizophrenia
Despite these challenges, our participants are lovely to work with.
As a support worker, you will assist with personal care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and helping participants access the community.
We also have participants requiring support to access the community such as attending appointments and shopping
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in support work.
