A bit about your role
As the FS Content & Capability Development Manager, you will lead a team of capability development leads and digital content producers in the design and implementation of training and capability programs for our field services team across Australia.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Learning Capability and Knowledge, you will create learning content, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with experts to address learning needs. Your leadership will drive the professional growth of our team and contribute to our success.
A bit about you
You should have a strong background in leading learning and development teams, with experience in content creation and capability development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in the digital learning, online content, learnership programs, and customer service soft skills training in telecommunications or similar operational environments is highly valued. Your ability to leverage technology for effective learning, combined with your leadership skills, will set you apart in this role.
