A bit about your role
As a Field Training and Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive competency frameworks and establish clear training standards against technical competencies.
You will lead a team of specialists dedicated to delivering Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications, as well as bespoke NBN technical content. This role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure that our training programs are aligned with industry standards and meet the evolving needs of our organisation.
A bit about you
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in developing competency frameworks and establishing training standards. You have a proven track record of leading teams to deliver high-quality training programs, particularly in the telecommunications sector.
Your expertise includes managing the delivery of Certificate III and IV in Telecommunications and creating customized NBN technical content. You are passionate about continuous improvement and are committed to fostering a culture of excellence within your team.
The candidate is skilled in leading cross-functional teams, engaging with both internal and contracted field workforces, and driving continuous improvement. They are familiar with current telecommunications technologies and nbn’s workforce systems, and excel in communication, collaboration, and leading teams through change. Strong planning and organisational skills enable them to deliver results under tight deadlines while maintaining a focus on customer value and operational success.
