Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Wage Easy and Time Target systems, ensuring accuracy in wages, leave entitlements, deductions, and compliance with employment legislation.
- Oversee accounts payable operations, including invoice reconciliation, payment runs, and maintaining the Purchase Plus and SUN Systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing aligned with budget codes.
- Ensure compliance and reporting across payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, and Fair Work requirements, while maintaining confidentiality and supporting audits and month-end financial processes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Experience with Award and EA Interpretation
- Understanding of state and federal legislation for tax, superannuation, long service leave and National Employment Standards
- Experience with high volume data entry with strong attention to detail
