  • Support key stakeholders to ensure systems are configured, maintained, and supported effectively.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements across fleet systems and reporting.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Support or lead fleet-related projects as directed by senior management

  • Experience working with Toyota forklifts or similar MHE equipment.
  • Proven expertise in telematics systems like Toyota I_Site (or equivalent).
  • Experience with national reporting and stakeholder engagement is highly regarded.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability.
  • Able to read and create electrical schematics.
  • Advanced data reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Excellent communication—able to simplify technical concepts for any audience.
  • Project coordination, strategic thinking, and customer-first mindset.
  • Collaborative, detail-focused, and results-driven.

Why Join TMHA?

  • Be part of a respected and innovative national brand.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology in the material handling industry.
  • Strong opportunities for career development and learning.
  • Competitive salary and supportive team environment
