Job Description
In this pivotal role, you will identify funding and tender opportunities, coordinate high-quality submissions, and build strong partnerships with funding bodies, government, and philanthropic organisations. Your expertise will help shape are-able’s future and ensure our initiatives are well-resourced and aligned with our vision and values.
Responsibilities include:
Research, monitor and pursue funding, grant, and tender opportunities.
Develop funding strategies for new and existing programs.
Coordinate timely and professional submissions, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Build and maintain relationships with funding partners and stakeholders.
Provide advice, reporting, and continuous improvement strategies for future submissions.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in funding applications and tender writing.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Communications, Writing & Publishing, Business, Public Policy).
Strong understanding of Australian government funding programs and corporate partnerships.
Exceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.
