About the Role
As General Manager of Information Technology, you will lead TLC’s strategic technology direction, driving innovation and transformation across our integrated healthcare ecosystem. You’ll mentor high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure our technology infrastructure supports our mission to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with TLC’s business goals
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies
- Drive automation and optimisation, especially within our UKG transformation
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and OT/IoT solutions
- Manage IT risk, compliance, and ISO-aligned reporting
- Define and track performance metrics across IT Operations, Engineering, and Security
- Own IT budgeting and reporting processes
- Inspire and mentor a collaborative, high-performing IT team
About You
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years in senior IT leadership roles, ideally in cloud-first environments
- Proven experience in agile methodologies and project management
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital tech
- Exposure to software development, OT, and IoT environments
- Exceptional communicator and mentor with a passion for team development
- Visionary leader with a drive for transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement
