Groups and Events Executive

The Role

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.

We are seeking an exceptional Groups and Events Executive to join our collaborative Marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, promoting, and delivering memorable experiences for both corporate and social groups, while also coordinating special events that enhance the overall guest experience.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of all corporate group and social events, ensuring seamless end-to-end service and alignment with Alba’s premium brand position

• Creating itineraries and preparing proposals for groups, incentive travel and exclusive buyouts

• Promoting Alba as a destination for groups and events

• Liaising with local partners and other key stakeholders

• Supporting the Partnerships & Promotions Manager with coordinating location hires and collaborations

This is a full-time position, however part-time (four days per week) may be considered for the right candidate. We offer a competitive salary + superannuation.

About You

• You have 5+ years’ experience in event coordination or group reservations

• You have outstanding communication, customer service, and copywriting skills

• You have strong organisational and event management capabilities

• You a sharp eye for detail and experience working with premium or luxury brands

• You have confidence using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms

• You have a Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent

• You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
