Are you passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful natural setting?
The Role
Are you a motivated all-rounder with a passion for keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-maintained? We’re looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our friendly team across our beautiful sites in Williamstown, Mount Pleasant and Eden Valley.
This is a varied position with a strong focus on:
- Customer Service - ensuring high quality guest experience for all Park users Cleaning (primary responsibility)
- Administrative tasks – computer literacy is essential
- Gardening – occasional outdoor work
- You’ll often work independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is key.
- Hours & Flexibility Typical shifts: 9/10am – 5pm
- Some shorter cleaning-only shifts may be available
- Weekend work expected
- Flexible days for the right candidate
- Wages based on Tourism Level II Award Loading applies

ESSENTIAL:
- First Aid Level 2
- Current CPR
- National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
- Working with Children's Check SA or equivalent (within the last 3 months)
