What You’ll Own

  • Shape and execute a powerful HSE strategy that moves the needle on safety and compliance

  • Lead, develop, and energise a high-performing team passionate about safety and operational excellence

  • Drive innovation in risk management, ensuring emerging risks are identified, assessed, and eliminated

  • Be a visible safety champion—leading audits, investigations, and engagement that truly connect with people

  • Partner with leaders to embed safety into every part of our business, strengthening skills and accountability

  • Manage critical safety areas including Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint, and audits

  • Keep the business ahead of legislation and industry trends, translating complexity into simple, effective action

  • Deliver clear, insightful reporting that fuels continuous improvement and drives strategic decisions

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in HSE, ideally within transport, logistics, or fleet operations

  • Deep knowledge of WHS legislation and risk frameworks—plus a knack for practical application

  • A natural influencer who thrives on collaboration and driving positive change at all levels

  • Experience leading major safety investigations with a focus on learning and prevention
