What You’ll Own
Shape and execute a powerful HSE strategy that moves the needle on safety and compliance
Lead, develop, and energise a high-performing team passionate about safety and operational excellence
Drive innovation in risk management, ensuring emerging risks are identified, assessed, and eliminated
Be a visible safety champion—leading audits, investigations, and engagement that truly connect with people
Partner with leaders to embed safety into every part of our business, strengthening skills and accountability
Manage critical safety areas including Dangerous Goods, Chain of Responsibility, Load Restraint, and audits
Keep the business ahead of legislation and industry trends, translating complexity into simple, effective action
Deliver clear, insightful reporting that fuels continuous improvement and drives strategic decisions
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience in HSE, ideally within transport, logistics, or fleet operations
Deep knowledge of WHS legislation and risk frameworks—plus a knack for practical application
A natural influencer who thrives on collaboration and driving positive change at all levels
Experience leading major safety investigations with a focus on learning and prevention
