As the Head of Superannuation, you will play a key role in shaping EML’s superannuation strategy by building strategic partnerships with funds, administrators and intermediaries who value trusted claims management.
This will be a full time, 24-month contract position based in the Sydney or Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of the superannuation function. Enable the delivery of a scalable, efficient, collaborative and effective customer-centric operating model.
- Demonstrate diverse new business thinking within the Super Industry, developing specific strategies, value propositions, and proof points to solidify leads.
- Prepare and present formal proposals, tender responses and presentations to industry representatives, intermediaries and/or direct clients
- Engage with industry partners to build EML’s reputation and to develop strategies for future growth, including canvassing and leveraging existing books of business.
- Work with the Client solutions team to develop innovative customer solutions that can generate future growth opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- At least 10+ years’ experience in the superannuation sector, with a focus on member services and/or claims functions.
- The role requires demonstrated subject matter expertise in superannuation, death and TPD claims, including fund deed interpretation, trustee requirements, and claims processing frameworks. The incumbent will have at least 10+ years’ experience in member and/or claims-related roles within super funds or administrators.
- Highly respected industry profile with well-established relationships across trustees, administrators, regulators, and superannuation peak bodies.
