About the role 

We are currently looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Partner who is a caring, compassionate and a dedicated person, driven by making a positive impact with a focus on continuous improvement. This is a partnering role and would be ideally suited to someone who can coach and influence whilst understanding and applying the technical aspects of health safety and wellbeing. As part of the People, Culture & Development team, and reporting to the Head of Health, Safety & Wellbeing, this position will take on responsibility for empowering, supporting and guiding managers, leaders and staff within a portfolio of departments delivering Council services. 

This is a full-time permanent role based at the Knox Civic Centre in Wantirna South. The role requires frequent travel to various Council sites around the municipality, all within 10km. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.

This is a Band 6 classified role. Remuneration will be $98,353.35 to $107,416.64 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
