- Pay rate: $32.75 - 35.72 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:
- Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Providing respite care (giving carers a break)
- Helping clients stay active and connected in their community Following care plans to meet each person
- 's needs
- Working as a team to provide the best support possible

What You Need
Must-Haves:
A caring nature- - Passionate about helping people Good communication skills
- - Able to chat and listen to clients and team members Ability to work independently
- - Comfortable using technology in your role
- Australian working rights A valid driver
- 's licence
- Access to a reliable, insured car
- A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
Nice-to-Have (but not required):
Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (We provide training if you don- 't have one!)
- Experience in aged care or disability support
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role. Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
