We’re looking for a proactive and personable ICT Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Burbank Group.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to and resolve IT Helpdesk requests across hardware, software, and networking
- Diagnose technical issues and implement practical solutions
- Set up and support small-scale networks for display homes and remote offices
- Manage onboarding of new employees from an IT perspective, devices, setups, inductions
- Provide training and ongoing support to users across multiple platforms
- Maintain and manage IT assets, mobile devices, and service subscriptions
- Assist in delivering small IT projects and support larger implementations
- Liaise with external providers and ensure documentation is up to date
- Participate in an on-call support roster (weekends/public holidays) with additional allowance
- Solid understanding of computing and networking concepts
- Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, Office365, and helpdesk environments
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Ability to simplify technical language for everyday users
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- Strong documentation and multitasking abilities
- Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (TAFE, university, or industry)
