You will be on the ground support managing day-to-day communication with influencers and ensuring that we deliver best in class end to end campaign execution. You’ll work closely with your team to enhance brand presence through social media and influencer partnerships, contributing to the success and resonance of each campaign.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for campaign workflow and execution, product seeding execution, reporting / PCR and supporting your team’s efforts to meet campaign objectives and engage target audiences effectively.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Activation: Support the implementation of influencer strategies that align with brand objectives, contributing to increased engagement, awareness, and conversions.
- Influencer Management: Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and content creators to ensure authentic brand collaborations. Support the team in contract negotiations, content briefs, workflow management, and tracking campaign deliverables.
- Content Development: Collaborate with the team on content ideas and support the production of compelling content across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
- Product Seeding: implement product seeding strategies to support brand campaigns, new product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Assist with monitoring and reporting on campaign performance using analytics tools, contributing insights to optimise future campaigns. You will help track KPIs like engagement, reach, and ROI and support the team in post-campaign reviews.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to provide insights that help innovate our client’s social media approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Relations & Workflow
- Assist with influencer shortlisting, vetting (ensure each influencer is vetted on using our proprietary technology), negotiations, contracts, briefing and management
- Follow all client golden rules /values match, contracting, regulations and compliance requirements
- Show an understanding of agency measurables such as cost-pers and engagement rates to qualify offers being sent to influencers
- Is prompt and punctual with all influencer / agency communications, remains aware of timelines & deadlines and works towards these
- Is attentive to the concerns or questions coming from influencers / agencies regarding live or proposed campaign work, and shows a collaborative attitude
- Able to provide considered troubleshooting options when presented with a troublesome influencer / agency on a campaign, or escalates issue within the team when required
- Build influencer relationships in person and attend meetups
- Be able to put together an influencer brief structure with no grammatical errors. Including, Do's / Don'ts, Exclusivity, Usage, Content Requirements relevant to the campaign
Analysis, Reporting & Numeracy
- Ensure all campaigns that you are working on are set up accurately in platforms and technology. Have an understanding of all platform functionalities and ensure they are being used to the fullest. Work with internal team to ensure all performance is correctly tracked and reported across tech platforms.
- Create accurate internal campaign updates, client performance updates and post campaign reports in a timely manner
- Show an ability to contribute towards performance analysis in PCAs with little to no grammatical errors. This would cover campaign delivery, discuss best / worst performers and suggest considered insights and learnings
- Be able to present reporting & learnings to internal teams
- Pull learnings & monitor trends from social platforms, tech platforms and reporting sheets to optimise
- Be able to quickly pull requested data relating to cost-pers succinctly and accurately
- Be able to report on campaigns while using cost-pers as an analytical reference point
- Be able to digest comprehensive cost-per data and make suitable influencer recommendations for campaigns based on this information
Knowledge
- Influencer tools proficiency – our proprietary tech platform will be used as the source of truth and Brand 24 will be used for competitive and sentiment analysis and other social media industry tools will be used to stay ahead.
- Understand social platforms and when it is appropriate to use each platform
- Understand different post formats within each campaign and the metrics attached to each post
- Have an awareness of trending influencers / trending post formats
- Provide adequate support across campaigns with both paid influencer activity and seeding activity
- Be able to confidently suggest influencers / creators based on KPI's and objectives for the campaign
Implementation
- Be able to assist with talent recommendations and content ideas with data, research and reasoning
- Support content workflow and approvals
- Understand client goals and identify the correct type of influencers to achieve this
- Be able to write influencer bios with little to no support alongside strong data to support their inclusion to the campaign
Attention To Detail
- To be able to act as a first round of approval on content before a Manager or Director approves all content
- To confidently provide feedback on all influencer content in a structured response, comparing the content to the influencer brief do's and don'ts as well as concepts
- To recognise when content hasn't met the brief, and suggest where the influencer can make changes / improvements
- Have the ability to take on previous client feedback and apply it to all new pieces of content
- To spot mistakes in content such as hashtags / caption mistakes as well as checking all brand handles / hashtags, links have been included
- To ensure all live content has been tracked and recorded promptly and accurately in all reporting
- Budget management – ensure we do not go over the campaign budgets.
Communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work with the team to provide succinct updates to the campaign lead
- Discuss best performing content on paid and organic and provide relevant suggestions for remaining content based on learnings
- Effectively provide updates (or notice of when it is to be expected) to the campaign lead on a daily basis
- Work in a timely manner to achieve set deadlines
- All communication externally is grammatically and factually correct.
What you will need:
- You should have a passion for social media and influencer marketing, along with a basic knowledge of social platforms and the influencer landscape.
- You will communicate clearly and provide regular updates to your manager.
- When assisting on campaigns, you’ll be responsible for understanding all requirements, selecting relevant influencers, and providing accurate feedback to ensure content accuracy when it goes live.
- You will attend internal status calls for the campaigns you're working on, but external calls are optional and decided by your manager.
- You should be familiar with reporting templates and technology, and able to extract key learnings from campaign performance to suggest future actions.
- You'll build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers to streamline onboarding and enhance your negotiation skills.
- If needed, you’ll write detailed campaign updates to keep the team informed.

- Know how to prioritise – You will be responsible for multiple campaigns, working with multiple contacts across multiple content deliverables - It's important that you manage your priorities and seek guidance from your manager as required.

- Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of the status of all active and upcoming campaigns.
- Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders (wider INFLUENCE team, social platforms, talent agencies and influencers)
- A strong understanding of and can clearly articulate the INFLUENCE vision as part of WPP Media, core Social & Influencer processes and our way of working.
- Be up to speed with all tools and systems required – Brand AI (Influencer Vetting; Reporting; Source of Truth); Influencer AI (Content, talent and workflow Management); Brand 24 (Social Listening); etc.
- Fully up to speed with the brands you are working on in your division and across the other divisions
- Fully up to speed on your client’s golden rules, contracting, regulations and compliance.
- Assist with planning on the client(s) in your remit; undertaking research utilising appropriate tools, desktop research or bespoke research; providing insights and ideas, working on responses to brief

In 6 months, you would have:
- Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role in an efficient, effective and proactive way
- Strengthened your key stakeholder relationships to deliver great team work consistently
- Consistently delivered on all KPI's and can offer suggestions on how we could look to improve key metrics/KPI’s – SOE, SOI, SOV, Cost pers etc.
- Offering additional value and proactivity to the strategic product on the clients you are working on; being part of ideas and opportunities that will improve our service and the teams understanding of the business
In 12 months, you would have:
- Considered a key member of the team by both clients and internal team alike; actively managing requests and ensuring we are delivering the best service possible
- Established yourself and are recognised internally and externally, as an integral member of the team, with a comprehensive understanding of how the team and company operates
