333 Capital’s team of experienced professionals, with investment banking and corporate advisory backgrounds, are based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Given our growing client base, we are looking to expand the team in Sydney.
Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to work with 333 Capital’s highly experienced senior team across all stages of a deal and gain direct client exposure.
You will be supporting the team with:
- Transaction execution.
- Financial modelling.
- Valuation and research.
- Due diligence management.
- Preparing reports and sell-side documents.
- Analysing business models.
Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years' work experience gained in investment banking or corporate advisory within a professional services firm.
- Tertiary qualifications in an accounting or finance related field
- Strong financial analysis, valuation and research skills.
- Ability to undertake detailed financial modelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and take initiative whilst demonstrating team-oriented values.
- You will thrive on a challenge and be motivated by delivering a consistent high quality of work and superior client service experience, with the drive to develop a successful career.
