What you'll do

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and detail-oriented Invoice Processing Officer to join our friendly team at the Hallam Invoice Processing Centre. If you're interested in growing your career in finance, this could be the perfect fit!

As part of our Finance team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of store invoices and goods receipts. You’ll help maintain inventory integrity, support stocktake processes, and manage reporting tasks that keep our operations running efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and updating store inventory
  • Investigating and resolving claims and discrepancies
  • Supporting store stocktakes and managing related reports
  • Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams
  • Using tools like Oracle, Excel, and SharePoint

Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced finance environment.

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and/or account receivable advantageous
  • Experience in a similar operational or retail environment
  • Exposure to accounts/bookkeeping preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Diploma in Accounting preferred, but not essential
  • A genuine interest in learning and growing within a finance environment
