Junior Administration Assistant/Receptionist
Campbelltown Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is looking for an enthusiastic junior admin assistant/receptionist who is a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to join our team on a Part Time basis.
This is a challenging role and will involve working in a busy practice assisting physiotherapists as well as general administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
· Customer Service including welcoming patients, collecting & entering patient details, answering telephone calls.
· Booking patient appointments.
· Processing payments including Medicare payments
· Answering emails, filing and any other duties as requested
· Assisting physiotherapists and admin staff
Skills and Experience preferred
· Ability to multitask
· Must be well spoken and confident.
· Friendly, pleasant telephone manner
· High attention to detail
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Proficient computer skills
· Ability to work on Saturday mornings as required
