Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior Designer to support our Men’s Apparel Design and Product team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the collection process, from concept to final sample. You’ll work closely with the head of design, Senior product developers and suppliers to bring thoughtful, brand-aligned product to life.

While this role supports on a range of creative tasks, it also includes a significant administrative and technical component. The successful candidate will be proficient in preparing tech packs, showcase a high level of CAD as well as the preparation of production ready art. This role would have had previous experience working closely with garment technicians and senior product developers. They will understand the importance of organization and process — from physical filing and fabric documentation to tracking Bill of Materials (BoMs), developments and fittings updates— essential foundations for building exceptional product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research; seasonal trends, market insights, and vintage references to support creative.
  • Provide original and relevant design input aligned with the brand’s DNA
  • Assist in the development of trims, prints, fabrications, surface design and colour stories
  • Prepare & maintain detailed CADs, flat sketches, range boards, design handover tech packs for internal handovers.
  • Collaborate with garment technicians and senior product developers throughout the development process
  • Maintain and organise samples, physical and digital filing systems for ranges, fabrics, trims, construction techniques, BoMs, and development materials
  • Track development of trims, prints, lab dips and knit downs.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand the status of prototypes and sampling.
  • Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and cross-functional meetings
  • Support collection presentations and showroom set-ups
  • Contribute to the overall organisation of the studio and shared design space.
  • work across other design departments when required.
Experience / Technical Requirements
  • Min 2 years’ experience in a design or product development role within a premium or contemporary brand
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign;
  • Strong technical ability in creating tech packs and working with garment technicians and sample rooms
  • Understanding of textiles, fabric behavior, and sustainable material sourcing
  • Excellent organisation, documentation, and time-management skills
  • A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with strong follow-through
  • A passion for menswear, product detail, and heritage-informed design
  • The ability to translate trends and references into thoughtful, brand-right product
