About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our sales team and support our Key Accounts across ANZ including Hearing Australia, Amplifon ANZ, Specsavers, Costco, Resonate.
As the Key Account Associate you will report to the Key Account Manager ANZ, and provide administrative and analytical support to ensure the successful planning and implementation of sales strategies with ANZ Key Accounts.
You will manage all day-to-day operational tasks, on-going projects and joint planning activities with our key accounts and develop strong relationships with key account stakeholders. internal collaboration will also be critical in your role in order to ensure sales and operational effectiveness.
As the Key Account Associate your responsibilities will include:
§ Providing general administrative support including organising meetings, developing PowerPoint slide decks, taking meeting minutes, database administration/reconciliation.
- Providing support and coordination of key account projects and change initiatives.
- Developing relationships with relevant stakeholders within each key account to support operational effectiveness.
- Providing support to Key Account Manager ANZ in the development, and maintenance of Key Account Plans.
- Supporting the coordination and preparation for Key Account Meetings with appropriate follow-up on actions.
- Providing administrative and analytical support with regards to the development of quotes, proposals, agreements and tenders.
- Working closely with the Systems Analyst to support the development and daily monitoring of sales performance and SLA reports and be responsible for coordinating regular joint operational meetings (taking minutes and following up on actions internally).
- Supporting the Key Account Manager ANZ with the implementation of business development processes, systems and initiatives.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events as needed.
- Supporting internal teams in the development and implementation of key account sales tools.
About You
This role would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role who has exceptional planning, organisational and time management skills, and the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally.
To be successful in this role you will need to be comfortable operating independently in fast paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, interdepartmental collaboration and project coordination skills, including experience using project management tools, and solid sales data analysis skills. Experience using PowerBI and other reporting tools will be highly regarded.
Due to the need to liaise with onsite teams, this role is predominantly an office-based role, therefore the successful candidate must be comfortable with working from our North Ryde office minimum 4 days per week.
