Draftsperson Trainee
- 9 day fortnight | 12 hour days

- 18 month fixed term Traineeship
We are looking for (LAP) Local Aboriginal Persons Draftsperson Trainee to work within a dynamic team that process mark-ups of electrical CAD files and update Site Service Plans.
Duties include:
- Using CAD to create or modify electrical engineering drawings.
- Create a public copy of engineering drawings that have been completed.
- Add or update records of drawings in the relevant systems.
- Update the site services plan in ArcGIS which is used to issue site permits for excavation.
Successful applicants must:
- Have a current Drivers Licence.
- Have LAP status approval.
- Be priority driven, self-motivated and can work independently to meet deadlines.
- Be technically minded and have knowledge on operating computers.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Show enthusiasm and have a passion to work within a team.
