What this opportunity involves:
Working within our Government accounts team, your key focus will be providing only the highest level of customer service. You will assist with property administration tasks, ensure all lease agreements are abstracted in time, carry out reconciliations, follow our escalation processes, liaise with stakeholders & monthly reporting obligations.
Snapshot of the role:
Manage all Lease Administration related landlord communications
Review Landlord Invoices for accuracy
Ensuring that the agreed procedures and process flows are adhered to
Calculate fixed, CPI increase and prepare monthly lease events report for Property Managers
Liaising with internal and external contacts when required
Prepare and distribute ad-hoc reports

Your key strength is customer service, you have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and pro-actively in a close team environment.
You will have demonstrated leasing or property administration experience, can understand, and interpret commercial contracts and the obligations of both tenants and landlords. Prior experience with spreadsheets and financial based programs will be advantageous.
You may be a university graduate in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Property Law.
