In this role, you'll:
You will be working as part of the Legal and Governance Branch, where you will work closely with Executive Directors and Directors to provide administrative, clerical and secretarial support services to enable the efficient operation of the teams.
You will provide administrative services including diary management, invoicing, raising purchase orders in SAP, meeting support and electronic filing.
You will also manage file opening in a matter management system.

About you
You are a motivated administration professional looking for your next opportunity. You will have exceptional administration experience ideally from a legal practice.
You will have excellent MS office suit skills and be able to confidently format word documents and create engaging power point presentations.
You will also have excellent communications skill both written and verbal and present well.
You are a people person with strong collaborations skills and be able to foster strong relationships with the team and stakeholders.
