Boutique Sydney CBD law firm, located on Macquarie Street, specialising in Local Government and Planning Law, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled personal assistant/Legal secretary to join our friendly team.
The position is available for immediate start and is a full time position.
The successful applicant will provide assistance to the Principal solicitor, and working in conjunction with paralegals of the firm.
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Good typing speed;
- A willingness to learn and take on new tasks;
- A high level of professionalism and presentation;
- A professional telephone manner;
- File and document management, including opening and closing files;
- Assisting with the preparation of court documents and correspondence;
- A friendly and helpful nature; and
- A stable employment history.
This role is not suitable for a law student or qualified solicitor.
Only applicants with Australian citizenship or permanent residency will be considered.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.25 per year
