About the role:
As a Maintenance & Materials Planner, you will play a key role in developing and coordinating maintenance schedules and materials planning to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of Port and Terminal assets. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you will help drive compliance, optimise processes, and support long-term asset reliability.
- Develop and deliver short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans
- Ensure maintenance schedules are completed with 100% compliance
- Manage purchasing, storage, and replenishment of materials and inventory
- Partner with teams and repair providers to maintain one aligned maintenance plan
- Drive continuous improvement in the reliability and availability of Port and Terminal assets
About you:
You are a proactive planner with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative approach.
- Experience in heavy industry maintenance (preferred)
- Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP (mandatory)
- Asset planning and scheduling experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence, communicate, and build effective relationships across teams
