We provide innovative services to a variety of industry sectors, including not-for-profit, Building & Construction, Aged Care, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Sporting & Entertainment, and Retail.
ACW Property maintenance services, provides maintenance, repairs, and building services to domestic, property management and commercial clients. We offer a multi trade service with qualified tradesman. Our main work consists of bathroom modifications, house renovations, outdoor entertaining areas and general building repairs as well as general maintenance for our contracted clients.
There are multiple positions available, with general maintenance and renovation work in the various sites across the Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
We have full-time and casual position both open.
The ideal candidate should have an eye for quality and detail and be able to work in both independently and in a team environment.
Job Location: - Melbourne (various locations)

All our maintenance staff are required to be fully vaccinated (2 doses) to comply with Government requirements to enter premises we service.
Other Requirements:
- Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment or willing to obtain one?
- Do you have a current Working With Children (WWC) Check or are you willing to obtain one?
- Do you have a White Card/Construction induction?
- Do you have experience in general maintenance/handyman work? i.e carpentry, plumbing, electrician or other trade?
Please note- We have casual positions available too.

Work Location: In person, travel required in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
