We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Live-In Carer to support our client preferably male – a friendly individual with a mild brain injury who is seeking greater independence, social connection, and day-to-day support.

Inspire Disability is currently seeking Disability Support Workers to support a wide range of participants with disability support needs. We seek individuals who want to join our dynamic diverse team.
About The Role:
Support an individual with a mild brain injury to live his best life
This is a unique live-in role, where you’ll reside in the client’s home for 2 to 4 days at a time, providing up to 8 hours of active support across each 24-hour period. You’ll have access to your own private room and accommodation during your rostered days.
Your role will involve:
- Individual Support
- Personal care
- Social activity
- Supporting the needs of our participants to live independently in the community
- Supporting clients to achieve their personal goals including meal preparation
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening
- Working with Children's Check
- Cert 3 or 4 in Disability, Aged or Community
- Australian Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
