About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Automation and Operations Manager to join us on a full-time fixed term or secondment basis for 10 months until Friday 29th June 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a project team to play the role of marketing automation technical subject matter expert , driving smarter, more connected customer experiences integrating both existing and new Martech platforms.

What you will do
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on marketing automation data integrations, and Martech systems. You’ll partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, streamline processes, and unlock business value through technology.
You will also:
• Lead the technical delivery of marketing automation and CRM integration projects
• Consult on, scope, and deliver new Martech solutions and enhancements
• Build and evolve audience and data strategies to improve customer engagement
• Ensure automation platforms and dataflows operate effectively and efficiently
• Manage reporting, budgets, and optimisation to improve ROI
• Lead and develop a small high-performing team.
About you and your skills
You’re an experienced marketing automation leader with a strong technical foundation and the ability to translate complex data into business outcomes.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and can influence and collaborate across technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
You’ll also have:
• 6+ years’ experience with platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze, Oracle Responsys experience highly regarded
• Strong technical skills in SQL, APIs, web services, and client-side languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven experience leading CRM integration and implementation projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of building and engaging teams
• Excellent communication skills, able to adapt across audiences from technical to executive.
