The Marketing Coordinator at That’s Amore Cheese will be responsible for overseeing and developing the brand’s positioning within the food and manufacturing industry. The role will focus on ensuring strong brand awareness, managing marketing strategies, and enhancing consumer engagement while incorporating graphic design elements and managing supplier relationships for merchandise and packaging.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in branding and marketing who also possesses strong creative skills in design and the ability to liaise with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and high-quality promotional materials.
The role is full-time
Base salary $75,000 - $80,000
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Marketing
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen That’s Amore Cheese’s market presence and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communication materials, packaging, and advertising efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Creative & Design Management
- Lead the development of visual assets, including packaging, promotional materials, and advertising creatives.
- Design and oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, and online content.
- Work closely with the production and retail teams to maintain an attractive and cohesive brand identity across all customer touchpoints.

- Source and negotiate with suppliers for branded merchandise, promotional products, and packaging solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality control, and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Oversee the design, production, and rollout of That’s Amore Cheese merchandise, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital content, including website updates, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Assist in content creation, including designing social media graphics, banners, and marketing assets.
- Monitor online engagement and work on strategies to enhance That’s Amore Cheese’s digital presence.
- Support branding initiatives at food industry events, trade shows, and in-store activations.
- Work with event planners and vendors to ensure brand visibility at promotional events.
- Develop creative marketing materials and displays for food exhibitions and customer engagement activities.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar field
