CSR are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing multiple projects, and is excited to collaborate with architects, designers, and industry leaders. What you will be doing:
Market Research & Strategy: Analyse customer segments and trends to inform targeted marketing strategies.
Channel & Campaign Management: Develop distribution channels and execute international campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
Product Launch Support: Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product launches, including content creation and digital updates.
Event Planning: Organise domestic and international design and industry events to build brand awareness and generate sales.
Content Development: Create compelling marketing materials-case studies, videos, brochures, and digital content aligned with SEO/SEM strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with architects, designers, media, and industry partners to foster collaboration and loyalty.
Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with tools and resources to effectively promote products.
Performance & Budget Oversight: Monitor campaign performance using CRM tools and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on market developments and competitor activity to maintain a strategic edge.
About you:
Passion for architecture, design, or the built environment.
Detail-driven with precision and creativity across campaigns and written content.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools platforms.
Proactive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
