Eurofins Environment Testing Australia is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 400 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle, Hobart, and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.
Job Description
- Full time, permanent position based in Dandenong South, VIC.
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Eurofins Environment Testing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Australia. Reporting to the National Bid Executive, this role will contribute to marketing initiatives and business development while collaborating closely with another Marketing Coordinator to manage and deliver on key projects. Key accountabilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials across print, digital, and event channels.
- Refine and format content provided by internal teams to align with Eurofins’ brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage templates, style guides, and asset libraries to ensure consistent use across the business.
- Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, staff updates, and recognition programs.
- Assist in organising industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, and corporate events, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Support updates to the company website and social media channels, including posting approved content and tracking basic engagement metrics.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for marketing, communications, and internal projects.
- Undertake other activities as required by management to support Eurofins’ brand visibility and employee engagement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (desirable).
- 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
