The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead Yogurberry’s brand marketing across corporate and franchise locations nationwide.
You will:
- Develop and manage national and local marketing campaigns
- Lead in-store promotions and seasonal product launches
- Oversee digital strategy and social media content planning
- Facilitate brand partnerships and licensing opportunities
- Work independently while overseeing an internal Design Coordinator to bring your vision to life
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated marketer who:
- Proven experience in customer-facing food retail (e.g. QSR, FMCG, beverages, dessert bars, etc.)
- Experience localising campaigns for local audiences — especially around health, indulgence, and family-centric messaging
- Understanding of Australian seasonal trends and customer behaviour
- Brings strong campaign execution and partnership experience
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to interpret campaign performance data to refine strategy (e.g. ROI from promotions, foot traffic impact)
- Is Sydney-based with full Australian working rights
This is an on-site role at our Silverwater NSW head office. While our culture is primarily in-person, limited hybrid flexibility may be offered to the right candidate.
Free onsite parking is available. Convenient access from Western Sydney and Inner West.
