We are currently looking for a Marketing & Trading Specialist to join our Australia/New Zealand team. This unique role combines marketing campaign coordination, e-commerce trading support, and insightful reporting, shaping our local promotional strategy and assortment decisions.
What you will do
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and trading activities across Lovehoney AU/NZ, coordinating closely with local and global teams.
- Manage website content, product launches, promotional messaging, and the local promotional calendar.
- Partner with the e-commerce team to implement site updates, monitor performance metrics, and identify optimisation opportunities.
- Provide insights on product performance using sales data and analytics, maintaining dashboards for key metrics and trends.
- Assist Category teams in assortment planning by gathering customer feedback, market trends, and identifying product gaps.
- Coordinate marketing activities across CRM, paid media, and social channels, contributing to pre- and post-campaign reporting.
- Compile and analyse weekly trading performance reports, guiding strategic decisions.
What you should bring
- 2–5 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, product management, or retail.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficient in using GA4 and other reporting tools.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, eager to learn and grow cross-functionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and driving measurable commercial impact.
