Responsibilities:

Greeting patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar.

Collecting patient information and updating electronic medical records accurately.

Verifying and recording insurance information, co-payments, and other relevant financial details.

Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

Directing patients to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
