You will be part of an exciting transformation program within the Range and Space team as we introduce new space planning capabilities through Blue Yonder shelf and floor planning suite.
You will be part of an exciting transformation program within the Range and Space team as we introduce new space planning capabilities through Blue Yonder shelf and floor planning suite.
As a Micro space planner you will be working with a broad stakeholder group, you will provide analysis on category clusters and range, develop customer focused planograms that optimise space and maximise financial return for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own the range review process across a portfolio of categories.
- Partner with Category managers to deliver customer focused ranges including the analysis of category performance and creation of clustered assortments.
- Development of customer focused planograms
- Accountable for data integrity of all planograms and planogram assignments
- Constantly looking for ways to innovate, improve and lead change within planogram portfolio.

- Passion for retail and delivering customer lead outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- A track record in demonstrating stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to identify and develop process improvement opportunities and develop supporting tools.
- Retail experience in merchandising and Space Management.
- Proven experience with Blue Yonder Shelf and Floor Planning Software.
