What’s the role?
We’re looking for a strategic and creative National Manager, Brand & Sponsorships on a 13-month parental leave cover, to lead BT Financial Group’s brand and sponsorship strategy. As a senior member of the BT Marketing Leadership team, you’ll oversee brand governance, campaign development, and high-impact sponsorship initiatives. You’ll lead a talented team of producers and event managers, collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, and deliver integrated programs that elevate brand presence, support business growth, and align with corporate strategy.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in brand management and leading marketing teams
- Strong track record managing sponsorships, activations, and brand campaigns
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing budgets, reporting on brand performance, and mitigating risk
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
