We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Clerk to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks, data entry, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations:
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Handling tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
- Supporting customer relations and inquiries
- Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
