About the opportunity
We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Office Coordinator to join our team in Regents Park. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help to keep the office running smoothly, provide reception and administration support, and help create a welcoming and well-organised workplace for staff and visitors. Day to day you will:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they follow sign-in requirements.
- Coordinate contractors for office maintenance, repairs and services.
- Assist with supplier accounts, including processing invoices and payments.
- Manage meeting room calendars, including room setup, technology and catering.
- Answer telephones in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and arrange courier bookings.
- Organise catering for meetings and functions.
- Ensure reception, meeting rooms, stationery areas and kitchen are tidy and well presented.
- Manage office supplies and raise purchase orders as required.
- Keep staff contact lists and seating plans up to date, and support onboarding by preparing workstations and office access.
- Assist with maintaining office systems, records and equipment to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with organising company events such as morning teas and BBQs.
- Support the Executive and HR teams with general administrative tasks as required.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Regents Park. Hours are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
What you’ll bring to the team
The perfect fit for this role will either be an experienced Office Coordinator, Receptionist or Administrator looking for a change, or someone keen to build a career in administration. The ideal candidate will have a positive and pro-active approach, excellent attention to detail, a willingness to learn and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite.
