Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and retail excellence? We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team and help drive store performance while creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for our guests.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure sufficient stock levels are available for customers.
- Provide advice to customers on items available for sale
- Operate EFTPOS and Micros terminals correctly to ensure accurate reporting of daily takings.
- Have a sound knowledge of all the products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist in training new staff
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role
- A 'quick thinker' with excellent communications and problem-solving skills
- Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
- Projects a professional image with all guest contact
- Is a good team player, assists others without being asked
- Previous experience in retail or sales
- High tolerance level for stress, works under pressure without negative impact
