Our client is seeking a Partnerships & Events Manager to lead influencer, PR, brand partnerships, and events initiatives across local and international markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is confident owning and guiding strategic and creative campaigns that grow brand presence, drive engagement, and align with broader marketing goals. The role is hands-on from concept to execution, managing talent relationships, collaborating cross-functionally, and measuring campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement influencer and ambassador strategies to support brand awareness and commercial goals
- Identify and manage relationships with relevant influencers, ambassadors and content creators
- Oversee content briefs, campaign deliverables, product tracking, and performance analysis
- Lead new and existing brand partnership initiatives across lifestyle, fitness, and wellness sectors
- Support charity and community partnership alignment
- Plan and deliver branded events and activations that reflect the client's values and goals
- Manage vendor and sponsor relationships, and coordinate logistics
- Track event performance including engagement, content creation, and feedback
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Build and maintain strong media and PR relationships
- Monitor media performance, referral traffic, and brand sentiment
- Manage budgets across partnerships and events, ensuring spend aligns with objectives
- Ensure all partnerships and influencer content reflect brand values, vision, and tone
- Oversee content production with a focus on quality and brand representation
- Monitor KPIs across influencer, PR, event, and partnership initiatives
- Use tools such as Shopify and tracked links to evaluate performance and drive improvement
- Work closely with ecommerce, digital, creative, and social teams
- Lead and support the Influencer Partnerships team
- Participate in broader campaign planning and business strategy sessions
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR
- Strong understanding of social and digital communication strategies
- Excellent contract negotiation skills
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
- A well-established network in the influencer or talent space
- Experience planning and executing events
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to report on performance
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Confident working cross-functionally in a collaborative team
