All Hallows’ School is seeking a professional, committed and enthusiastic Past Pupil Engagement and Development Officer to engage with and lead, in collaboration with the Past Pupils’ Association, school activities to connect our past pupils in the mission and life of our school.

This role calls for a dynamic mix of skills in engagement, relationship building, marketing, and development. It is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people across generations, loves meaningful conversation, and has a genuine gift for making others feel valued and special.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for Past Pupils, actively encouraging them to reconnect and engage with the School.
Develop a comprehensive program of innovative events, celebrations, and networking opportunities, typically held outside of school hours, to increase and strengthen past pupil connections to the School.
Create and implement communication strategies for past pupil engagement that support and strengthen relationships with our past pupils, including web and email communication, print and online publications.
Work collaboratively with the Development Manager and Director to communicate and promote giving opportunities and outcomes.
Feature alumni through publications and storytelling of achievements, impact, and contributions through volunteering and philanthropic giving.
Through research, identify prospects who have affinity, capability, and interest to give.

Role requirements

Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
Have approval to work in Australia.
Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.
A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
