We’re on the lookout for a savvy Performance Marketing Manager ready to drive growth and deliver real impact across our paid media activity. If you're someone who loves strategy, optimisation, and the occasional A/B test – and can speak fluent GA4, Meta, and LLMs – this could be your next adventure.

So, what’s the gig?
Reporting to the GM – Marketing & Technology, you’ll take the lead on our paid media strategy across both digital and traditional channels, working closely with our media agency and internal teams. You’ll use a mix of AI tools, creativity and data smarts to plan, execute and optimise campaigns that truly move the needle.
We’re after someone who’s excited to drive outcomes, test new ideas, and get stuck into the data to see what’s working – and what’s not.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and execute paid media strategies across digital and traditional platforms, working closely with our media agency and internal teams
- Use AI tools for audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, and campaign optimisation
- Manage budgets and performance across search, social, display and emerging channels to deliver strong ROI
- Automate, visualise and present performance insights using GA4, Meta Insights and AI-powered dashboards
- Collaborate across creative, product and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign goals
- Keep us ahead of the curve by exploring new platforms and championing data-led experimentation
- Mentor junior marketers and help build a culture of curiosity, learning and results
What you bring to the table:
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, including strategy, execution and campaign optimisation
- Strong knowledge of key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.) and the tools that power performance marketing
- A sharp analytical mind with the ability to turn insights into action, and confidently present ideas to stakeholders
- Collaborative approach and solid stakeholder engagement skills across multiple teams
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with media agencies, traditional media buying, or in the tourism/entertainment space
