Ultimate Tyre and Battery Services QLD is an independent and growing
business specialising in tyre fitments, wheel services, and repairs for trucks and
heavy vehicles. We pride ourselves on offering unique and reliable solutions

Goodyear, and Bridgestone.
We are looking for experienced, highly organised, and self-motivated Personal
Assistant to join our highly talented team. We are situated at
4 Ozkleen Place, Yatala QLD 4207.
Oversee the scheduling of appointments and diary management while
also arranging travel plans, including transport and accommodation.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, file correspondence systematically,
and maintain accurate and accessible records.
Convert dictated notes into accurate business correspondence, letters,
and formal documents.
Support administrative efficiency by guiding and supervising secretarial
and clerical staff when required.
Prepare management reports, briefing notes, memoranda,
correspondence, and other documents by gathering and analysing
relevant information.
Ensure the safekeeping of confidential company records through secure
filing systems and controlled access.
Handle telephone communications by screening calls, addressing routine
inquiries, and forwarding complex issues to appropriate staff.
Act as the central point of contact between management and staff,
ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the business.
Provide administrative support during meetings by organising agendas,
recording detailed minutes, and circulating action items.
Skills and Experience:
Diploma level qualification is required.
The candidate must have at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
Friendly, positive & approachable attitude.
To be energetic & motivated.
Able to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
