Drive strategic alignment and delivery oversight across transformation initiatives by turning complex portfolio data into actionable insights. Play a key role in governance forums, shaping high-impact decisions through clear, timely, and coordinated reporting.
What you'll do
- Align transformation and technology initiatives with strategic objectives through integrated planning and delivery oversight.
- Consolidate portfolio data, covering progress, benefits, risks, and resources—into clear, actionable insights via centralised dashboards and reports.
- Coordinate inputs and prepare high-quality materials for governance forums, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making support.
- Maintain visibility of risks, issues, and resource utilisation across the portfolio to enable proactive planning and prioritisation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, collaboration tools, and portfolio practices.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Portfolio Lead/Manager within complex transformation or technology environments
- Skilled in consolidating data and creating impactful reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or Clarity.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMO frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
