We are seeking a proactive Poultry Administration Support to join our team based in Bagshot, Victoria. Reporting to the Poultry Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by coordinating daily tasks, managing confidential documents, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone organised and detail-oriented who enjoys supporting others and streamlining processes.


This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexibility available to accommodate school hours if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel, and task coordination.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Poultry Manager with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with poultry bird movements, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and welfare standards.
  • Support the review and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the poultry team to streamline operations and support business objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role (agriculture background desirable).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
