About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in multi-site operations and is passionate about driving operational excellence, consistency, and culture across venues.
Working closely with the Precinct Executive Chef, the Precinct Manager will:

- Optimise resource sharing (staffing, supply chain, maintenance) to streamline efficiencies and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure consistent service and brand standards are delivered across a mix of casual and premium dining venues.
- Lead, develop and mentor GMs and venue leadership teams, driving accountability and operational excellence.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, HR, finance, and culinary leaders to support precinct-wide goals.
- Contribute to the broader group strategy through reporting, business insights, and local execution.
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially astute leader with:
- Proven experience in a senior multi-site role (e.g., Operations Manager, Area Manager, or Group GM) within premium or large-scale casual hospitality.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage operations across multiple venues.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, labour and cost controls.
- Passion for guest experience and team culture, with the ability to uplift standards across varying service styles.
- Highly effective communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- A rare opportunity to influence and innovate across multiple iconic venues in Sydney's most visited precinct.
- Strong support structure with access to group-level resources and executive leadership.
- Ongoing leadership development and career growth opportunities across the Hunter St. Hospitality portfolio.
- Competitive remuneration and benefits including staff discounts and wellbeing initiatives.
