Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We are hiring for a Product Operations Lead to join our team to deliver the Australian Open 2026. This is a full-time fixed-term contract from September 2025 to February 2026.

About the role
This position is responsible for the coordination and project management of the Australian Open Precinct Product Activations, specifically focused on outdoor precinct builds and AO Merchandise retail operations and logistics.
In this role you will:
- Drive seamless delivery by collaborating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and venue stakeholders to ensure activations are delivered on time and to standard
- Act as the main point of contact for retail and precinct contractors, overseeing access, logistics, documentation, safety, and delivery
- Lead on-site operational logistics including production scheduling and contractor management during bump-in and bump-out periods
- Oversee all asset inventory, warehouse logistics, and precinct dressing including signage, greenery, furniture, and equipment
- Prepare and administer budgets, contracts, and supplier documentation, and contribute to procurement and cost tracking
- Implement and enforce WHS procedures, ensuring all work is delivered to high safety, quality and operational standards
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Strong understanding of brand and agency execution within a major events environment
- Strong knowledge of event operations including pre-production planning, creative production, event build project management, logistics, WHS, with experience in major event and/or event agency environments
- Skilled in interpreting build drawings, managing project budgets and timelines, and using project management tools
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking ability with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a professional, collaborative and solution-focused approach
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in events production and management and/or project management and delivery, plus a proactive and resilient mindset
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
