What’s the role?

You’ll be at the heart of Westpac’s Private Bank—partnering with Australia’s most successful individuals to deliver truly bespoke banking and wealth solutions. With a sharp focus on acquisitions, you’ll grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering insights and opportunities that go beyond the expected. Backed by our Global Investment Services team, you’ll bring world-class thinking to every conversation. This full-time role is based in our Melbourne office, where you’ll be surrounded by a high-performing team and a culture that celebrates excellence.

What do I need?

  • A strong track record in client acquisitions—you're confident identifying opportunities and converting them into lasting relationships.
  • Proven ability to build deep, trusted connections with HNW/UHNW clients.
  • Confidence in delivering a holistic banking and wealth proposition tailored to individual client needs.
  • A collaborative mindset, working seamlessly across teams to elevate client outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and risk, including AML/KYC obligations.
